By accessing or using our website, registering for the conference, or attending any of our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not attend the conference or use our services.

2. Registration and Attendance

2.1. Registration is required for attendance. All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.

2.2. The conference is intended for professionals and enthusiasts in photography, videography, and content creation. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.

2.3. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the event at our discretion.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. All content presented at the conference, including but not limited to lectures, workshops, and materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

3.2. Unauthorized recording, photographing, or sharing of conference content is strictly prohibited without express written consent from the organizers.

4. Photography and Videography

4.1. By attending the conference, you consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes.

4.2. If you do not wish to be included in any promotional material, please notify our staff in writing before the event.

5. Liability

5.1. The conference organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the event.

5.2. Attendees are responsible for their own equipment and belongings throughout the conference.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date are eligible for a full refund.

6.2. Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.

6.3. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event.

7. Changes to the Program

The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the conference program, including but not limited to changes in speakers, topics, or schedule, without prior notice.

8. Code of Conduct

8.1. All attendees must adhere to our Code of Conduct, which promotes a respectful and inclusive environment.

8.2. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the conference without refund.

9. Privacy Policy

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
